Order Policy

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, as a buyer, and on behalf of Elements and Trends. You agree that by purchasing our products, you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all of these terms. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these terms at any time and for any reason. 

NO CANCELLATION OF ORDERS.

1. Return and exchange is only valid if the item received is incorrect.

2. Incorrect items that has been received must be reported to Elements and Trends immediately via e-mail [email protected]. Return the item immediately with the exact same condition you received them.

3. We pack your items properly to avoid damages during delivery. Damaged items during delivery will not be refunded or exchanged.

4. Refund is only applicable to items that has not been received.

5. We do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the item/s will be accurate, or free of errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colors and details of our item/s.
